We are gender sensitive and we source all our security officers from reliable pools and from all over the country with the help of Uganda Police, Local council (L.C) authorities, District security personnel and local councilors.
Prior to training, all our staff are vetted by the Police so that we do not work with people with criminal records.
Our security officers undergo a minimum of six weeks basic training and they are equipped with the necessary skills in various fields of security. They continuously receive regular refresher training given the changing industry needs.
Specialized Training
An extra training is given to a group of security officers chosen to work at a customer’s particular premises depending on the nature of your business and assignment instructions. For example, we provide specialized training for Hospitals, Hotels, Banks and Factories.
Furthermore, regular refresher training programs are in place to ensure sustained quality of services to our esteemed customers.
We also conduct training depending on the dynamic changing business environment and external threats.
